Certificaitons 

MA Marketing

  • From 2020-2021
  • Learning about; Consumer behaviour, marketing strategy, research in practice, advertising and digital with social media and how to apply said modules to the real world
  • Currently a student representative for the MA marketing course and go to regular meetings to give a voice for the class and myself

Circl coaching

  • From Janurary 2021 - June 2021
  • Take part in bi-weekly zoom sessions to work with other future leaders and those in the workplace to learn about coaching and how to apply it to our daily lives
  • Take bi-weekly online examination about what was learnt
  • Participate with our personal matched professional to go over the sessions and give each other coaching to build upon our skills

Psychometric tests and Commercial awareness

  • From 13th January 2021
  • Took part in; Logical Reasoning Psychometric Test, Numerical Reasoning Psychometric Test and a Verbal Reasoning Psychometric Test to understand how the brain can work in different situations, as well as applying this to the workforce
  • Also gained knowledge I need to know on basics with commercial awareness and how I can impress leading employers throughout an application process
  • Understanding city firms and how they work
  • Guide to financial markets and their successes
  • Understand how a city deal works and use the knowledge in a firm 

Marketing Psychology: The Art of Ethical Persuasion

  • Completed 19 lectures by June 19 2020
  • Use marketing tactics based on psychological principles to better satisfy customer needs
  • Identify the stages of the purchasing process 
  • Utilise psychological tactics to increase sales

BA Product Design

  • Completed from 10th September 2020
  • 3 year program and course from Bournemouth University
  • Final year project created is an inexpensive float for children in Asia, made out of unique resources (as shown in projects tab)
  • Used my design skills to solve real-world problems for clients in my projects
  • Also learnt about businesses management, creative design, 3d works using programs like Solidworks and InDesign and solving mathematical problems with physics and applying all these modules to real-world problems

Administrative HRM

  • Completed on June 4th 2021
  • Learn and apply motivation theories and strategies
  • Learn and apply both individual and team behaviour alongside team-building skills
  • Learn how to assess informal organisations, workplace violence and stressed employees and help solve the issues
  • Managing conflict and change at the workplace
  • Increase skills in International Human Resource Management


Event/Group Management

FiliFest 

> Main role: Logistics officer (August 2021 - Current)
- Brainstorm logistics for any event in FiliFest

> FiliFest Festival 2022:
      - Marketing lead; In charge of meetings, brainstorming                  ideas notes, writing up the schedule, writing marketing              requests and delegating tasks
      - Volunteers team lead;  Writing out the specification,                    writing schedule, call for volunteers post and google sign          up form
      - Logistics committee; Brainstorm ideas, take notes and                planning the culture room
      -  Housekeeping committee and lead for safety regulations (e.g. covid regulations)

Gamers Society (London Metropolitan University)

  • Social media manager (2020-Sept 2021)
  • Help plan and organise weekly events for our new society
  • Keep Instagram up to date with the latest games and information about our society with video edits and graphic edits (Click for Instagram link)
  • Created a space where our members can talk using our discord daily and keep up to date with interactive bots, such as; RPG's, Pancakes, Music ,etc (Shown on Instagram stories)

  • Help plan for our own society competitions (E.g. Among Us competition)

Cosplay to Potato Project

  • Project to show the non-cosplay side of 4 groups of cosplayers from around the world
  • Running from March 2021 - August 2021
  • Made the group logo (as shown on the right)

Cosplay Society (Bournemouth University)

  • Treasurer from 2018-2019
  • Helped organise and allocate funds for our many materials we need (such as paper, fabrics,etc.)
  • Helped organise our weekly Monday events (e.g. Zoom calls on how to pick the right fabric and learning FX makeup)

KPop Society (Bournemouth University)

  • Founder and president of the society (2017-2019)
  • Planned weekly events for over 50+ members every Wednesday
  • Planned and organised big events like club nights, along side the Nepalese society and DJ Society (E.G. "As if it's your last" example on the right and "Spotlight" below)
  • Attended KPop society UK competitions

PAL Instructor

  • From 2018-2019, I worked with another PAL member to plan, help and teach those from the 2nd year Product Design course
  • Created lessons in what the younger year group did not understand
  • Take feedback from the younger year group and apply it to the sessions
  • Took register and wrote emails about sessions to above management 


Board involvement

Academic board

  • From 1st October 2020 - current
  • Give opinions on the inner workings and structure of London Metropolitan University

  • Read and assess the meeting notes and pre structures

  • Adoption of APPG definition of Islamophobia and work on making things better for Muslim students



Design board

  • From 1st January 2021 - current
  • Help with the online start-up of Lonon Metropolitan's magazine, radio and TV website (Aka. Verve media)

  • Instagram setup: Different highlights and sections for different sections of Verve magazine

Student council

  • From August 2020 - current
  • Bring out the voices of myself and peers into the daily meetings about what is going on with the university
  • Keep other student council members involved with what I am involved within the university (Student rep, Academics board and Design board)
  • Give votes on important issues, e.g. passing the vote for the allowance of part-time officers to get paid


Internships and workshops



WeShall Education Internship

  • From 27th February 2021 - 13th March 2021
  • Tasked to make graphics for offline and offline layouts (e.g. Logo and programme design, shown on the right)

  • Teach students in daily conversation in English (e.g. Ask leading questions with prompts)

  • Host, record, edit and upload Zoom English lessons onto Tencent cloud (As shown on the right)

  • Design an action plan, proposal and interview questions to interview others for prospective customers


Internship Experience UK

  • Completed from 10th December 2020 to 13th January 2021
  • Internship Experience by Bright Network
  • Took part in skills sessions with Google, P&G, Enterprise and other top firms in sessions. 
  • Allowed me to complete sample work simulating a real-world marketing task for banks going into the field of face recognition technology

Transport For London (TFL)

  • From September 2016
  • TFL has a small workshop every year that caters to creating events/programs for younger students. 
  • My team had to create a fun event to promote TFL and other transport items for younger students. E.G. having to find and describe an item to a different blindfolded teammate
  • Events like this help to build younger minds and characters and especially team bonding memories

Kodafemi

  • From 22-29th Feburary 2016
  • Working on a group project and creating plasters (#skincredible)  that are for all skin colours - working on racism in the community
  • This project launched to have less of a stigma on different races and be united as one.

BBC School Newsreport

  • Completed from 2012-2015
  • Creating news reports since I first started in secondary school, lead me to join the BBC news school report
  • Wrote various reports on the school and other current events
  • Lead to myself and other chosen members to be interviewed on the BBC. Click link here to view.

John Lewis Tech Support

  • From September 2015
  • Stayed in tech support and working more with the technology side of John Lewis
  • Helped answer calls, take notes of meetings, help fix and sell items 
  • Lend a help to any deparment that need an extra hand
